Machine Learners provides AI development services including:
- Custom AI model development and fine-tuning
- Complete AI solution development (web and mobile applications)
- AI consulting and strategy services
- Cloud and on-premise AI deployment
- AI innovation grants for qualified projects
Grant Program Terms
Our AI Innovation Grant program offers up to €10,000 in development credits for qualified projects. Grant approval is subject to:
- Validation of product-oriented ideas with real market potential
- Acceptance of a 2.5% warrant option following industry-standard agreements
- Compliance with project milestones and deliverables
- Final approval by Machine Learners management
Grant recipients agree to provide Machine Learners with appropriate equity instruments as specified in the grant agreement.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Custom work developed for clients belongs to the client upon full payment
- Machine Learners retains rights to proprietary tools, frameworks, and methodologies
- Grant-funded projects are subject to equity agreements as specified
- All website content and materials are protected by copyright
Use License

- All outstanding fees become immediately due

- Intellectual property rights transfer as agreed in contracts
Governing Law
These terms are governed by German law. Any disputes shall be resolved in German courts with jurisdiction over the location of Machine Learners' registered office.
